Bought as a Christmas gift so my granddaughter hasn’t seen it yet. I love it though. Very effective. My only criticism is it’s very light and might be easily knocked over.

On Christmas Day set up and worked well. That evening no power to the unit and product completely dead. Five days after emailing for a return or replacement from Brightminds I have had no response. Not good enough from either store or product
