Our carriers are operating a 'contactless delivery', with GPS tracking to ensure your house has been visited. If an item is 'Out of Stock' we will part ship so you receive what we have within 2-3 days (subject to local carriers), the rest will follow at our expense.

Returns are Easy Simply send your item to our returns centre for fast processing. Please complete the returns note on the reverse of your delivery note telling us if you wish to have an exchange or refund. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap! We refund postage for faulty items. |

Frustrating for a 5 year old
I have the original Palitoy Fashion Designer which my granddaughters love as much as my daughter did. I was delighted to find this newer version and bought 2 for my youngest granddaughters both age 5. Whilst the fashion designs are more modern the toy was frustrating for them to use as the paper is not held securely enough and it slips !! As they get older they will probably master it but at the moment they prefer my older one.
