I ordered this for my son's 3rd Birthday, luckily I ordered with a lot of time to spared as Hermes lost my parcel. I contacted Brightminds and they sent a new one with a different courier as I requested. They were friendly and helpful and always replied promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. No problem with this company, Bright Minds, who delivered promptly and are lovely to deal with. In terms of the product, though, it's billed as being suitable for 3 plus, and I bought it because my granddaughter really loves the NumberBlocks programme and she's pretty bright for age four. But it's full of tiny pieces and the activities are way too hard - I would say you need to be at least aged six to get much out of it. It's probably fine for an older child.
