United KingdomMy daughter loves this and the pens are good. Would be a 5 but there is a channel at the side of the pad for a pen but it is a different size to the pens that were sent makes me wonder if the pens have changed. Also info re cleaning the drawing from the screen would be helpful.
United KingdomI bought the Glowpad as a gift, so it did not get unboxed until Christmas day. Inserted the batteries, the light flickered and went out. Turned the pad over and tried the on/off switch which didn't seem to function at all. No glow. The Glowpad is currently in the post on its way back to you for replacement. Let's hope the replacement works.
It gave an instant effect for an impatient 7 year old amongst lots of other presents. He createdvery effective pictures which everyone admired. A great gift in an otherwise digitally dominated world.
Put the batteries in and nothing happened. Very disappointing for us and our son, who’d specifically requested one of these for Christmas.
