The Glowpad arrived in a box that had been opened and re-sealed, as had the bubble wrap around it. The screen had a scratch on it, it had obviously been used and then returned. I found it extremely difficult to make contact with Brightminds, which I tried to do from receipt of the parcel on 9th December I had no response at all. I finally had an email advising that I had been refunded on 9th January 2024

Our order was sent via Royal Mail even though strikes had been announced. As a result, the order failed to arrive before Christmas resulting in a last minute rush to buy alternatives.

My daughter loves this and the pens are good. Would be a 5 but there is a channel at the side of the pad for a pen but it is a different size to the pens that were sent makes me wonder if the pens have changed. Also info re cleaning the drawing from the screen would be helpful.

I bought the Glowpad as a gift, so it did not get unboxed until Christmas day. Inserted the batteries, the light flickered and went out. Turned the pad over and tried the on/off switch which didn't seem to function at all. No glow. The Glowpad is currently in the post on its way back to you for replacement. Let's hope the replacement works.
