I bought this early July for my granddaughter to make in the summer holidays. It arrived with instructions but without the illustrations referred to in the instructions. I messaged what was missing and had to weeks for a response, I was sent an electronic copy of the instructions but no illustrations, despite my message clearly stating what was missing. I have messaged repeating what is missing and have not had any response. My granddaughter is left handed and as I am right handed I was hoping to use the illustrations to explain how to do the different stitches. The holiday is nearly over and we haven’t been able to make anything! I don’t think they have heard of Customer Service so definitely don’t know how to implement it.
