United KingdomExtremely disappointing and poor
After over two weeks, none of the items have arrived, despite the money being taken from my account. I have to purchase two other gifts in the meantime, as replacement presents. Customer service has been dreadful and says that my money cannot be refunded until the items have been delivered. DO NOT use this company - their service has deteriorated dreadfully. Ironically, I have received this invitation to provide feedback!

This was not the fun toy I was hoping for, bright 5 year old could not begin to set it up and 3 adults lost patience with it. Will have to try it again when grandchild is much older. Meanwhile it just takes up space.
