A faulty part

I bought 3 Extreme Kidnoculars for my grandchildren. 1 of them does not work due to a faulty part so the batteries don’t fit properly. I have notified Brightminds but had no response.

I purchased 3 of these for my grandchildren. 1 delivered in UK & 2 to Jersey. 2 of them were excellent but 2 of those delivered to Jersey is faulty. A piece appears to be missing around the battery casing. We have improvised to get it to work with tape but not a lantern solution. I have e mailed Brightminds but heard nothing from them.
