Returns are Easy Simply send your item to our returns centre for fast processing. Please complete the returns note on the reverse of your delivery note telling us if you wish to have an exchange or refund. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap! We refund postage for faulty items. |

The black pens are very, very permanent and soaked through the paper marking my table and the linoleum floor. It’s quite a skill to draw a route simple enough that the bots don’t go off to find another line. In theory, great idea. In practice, they were quite tricky. To make them fun you need big areas of flat paper, broader non-permanent pens and clearer, child accessible instructions. Beware the pens!
