United KingdomNot Impressed at all, still waiting for my goods several weeks down the line.
I have contacted Bright Minds on several occasions abput the delay in recieving my goods. They haven’t bben very helpful at all… they just blame Hermes and say they are chasing it up. I placed a reasonable sized order, the money has been taken out of my account, I haven’t got my goods and Bright Minds say they have to wait for Hermes to return the goods to them before I can cancel my order or potentially re-order them if I still want them. I have now missed two birthdays whilst waiting. If Hermes aren’t giving a good service they should change their delivery company because it is a bad reflection on their company

Really good, sturdy, bright colours game that everyone in the family loved playing. The 2 year old hasn't stopped playing her own wee games with it too
