Doesn't work
The first piece didn't go in and obviously was manufactured incorrectly, but with the help of some pliers we got it in. After carefully assembling it, we discovered that the wheels don't go round as the cog that does that is quite flimsy and just doesn't really connect where it should. It's possible to make it work when you hold it in the right way, but as soon as you screw it all together, the cog has moved out of place again. It's a great concept and my son was very excited to do it, but completely let down by it not actually performing.

Bought the item but one simple part got lost. Customer service was very officious. They Grumped about finding the receipt (for a gift!) even though I offered to buy the part. Company constantly spams. I got two notifications in one afternoon to fill in this survey. Stay away!

This looked a good project for a 9 year old with a good fun item to make. The instruction leaflet is clear and easy to follow. Having constructed the kit twice the cogs/wheels still do not turn which renders the product useless.

Sadly a vital part was missing so it couldn’t be assembled. Great idea and the grandchildren were very excited about it so we’re really disappointed when they checked the parts ( with Mum) and found one missing.
