This was on my 8 year old granddaughters list, she loves it. Lots of bits and pieces to play with and learn about magnetism. Good quality item.

Scientifically intriguing but calls for an adult's help
Set arrived all in one piece, with some inspiring inclusions. If you want to explore magnetism with your child aged from 10 upwards this set is definitely for you. It is a set that needs to be partnered by an adult. Two model making adult experts had considerable difficulty with a couple of the activities as at times an eight year old would in no way achieve the degree of precision required. Well packed but once opened, there are many tiny strategic pieces which could be easily mislaid.. A lot of work has gone into putting this set together.
