Excellent jump rocket
My grandkids and their parents had a great time with it in the park. They tried to catch the rockets as they fell.

We'd already bought the simple version of the jump rocket for our 2 yr old granddaughter and it was very successful and fun, hence the decision to buy the 'advanced' version for 5 yr old grandson. The description of 3 different rockets sounded good. However on first use we were very disappointed in that the 'screamer' didn't scream or whistle even when an adult tried it; the 'copter' didn't rotate and the plastic rotor split on the second try. The 'maximus' did go high. The plastic clip holding the tube onto the pad shattered, but was fixed using a cable tie. The box promises much more than the contents deliver and I wouldn't recommend buying this unless your expectations are low. As for BrightMinds, when I phoned and gave feedback on this product, they replaced it within days. Thank you. I wait to hear from my family whether this one is any better, but at least they'll have some spare parts.

I had an email a week ago saying Hermes have the parcel but it is still not out for delivery. Family members have had the same experience, and your couriers are letting you down.
