They both look good to me, but can't actually comment as I have bought them as a present for my 8 year old Great Grandson. I'm sure he will be delighted with them both as he did see them in the catalogue. I did get a reply from yourselves as follows:- Thank you for your order. T & K First Chemistry Set
The knowledge input was very good, but the entire absence of reagents and basic containers was worse than useless. Can you not understand that a young person receiving this gift would be totally unable to utilise the set and would be unaware as to where to procure the absent essentials? I feel that I have wasted my money in buying your "chemistry set" as it is useless by itself. It is like buying a new motor vehicle, only to find that the wheels and motor weren't included. You should be ashamed of promoting such a unit, knowing full well that it is incapable of fulfilling the dreams inferred in your advertising. My grandson was bitterly frustrated and "grandad" appeared to be a complete cheapskate . Many thanks for your excellent but fallacious claims for immediately successful experiments. My first degree was in chemistry, so I am even more ashamed at your meagre product. Regards, Dr Peter Rycroft
