Have purchased this as a Christmas present for a granddaughter so difficult to comment on it as she hasn’t received yet!! It looks ok from the pictures on the box.

My daughter was disappointed when she opened the rock tumble (from Father Christmas) only to find all the parts were missing apart from the tumbler itself. After speaking to Brightminds they were apologetic and asked me to send it back to them. They did refund my postage after I had sent proof and then had promised to send a replacement. After some time I received a refund for the tumbler with no email so I’m assuming they are all faulty and a replacement was not possible??

Our grandson loves his and has lots of fun polishing what he calls his gems. He wants to go to the beach to find more stones to polish.It has given him lots of fun.
