United KingdomI ordered a product as a gift but put down the wrong address (my fault). As soon as I realised, I contacted the seller to ask whether the address could be changed but with no response at all despite chasing. Even a reply to say it is too late to change the address would have been fine, but not replying at all is really bad customer service. I assume the gift has now been received by a stranger.
