The product was dispatched on 20th December but never arrived. I have written to BrightMinds about it but I am still waiting for a response.

Bought these as a gift, poor quality and one appears to be faulty is very crackly and can hardly hear, I bought some different ones from gear a few years ago and they have been brilliant, I have requested to send these back and get a refund, awaiting response.
