United KingdomSTILL NOT RECEIVED ITEM!
My experience with trying to get this item for my 6yr old grandson has been a nightmare! I still haven't received it and it was suppose to be 'on it's way' on 3rd Dec. ! After several calls to customer service (who tracked it down to Hermes losing it!!) they apparently put it out for re-order saying I would get it eventually in the next 2 days. That was a week ago!! Still waiting. I don't expect it now before Christmas and now my grandchild will not have anything from us. Very annoyed!!!
