It includes all parts from the original Primary Plus kit with the addition of the parts from the Primary 2 kit and the Sensors and Alarms . The Primary Plus 2 Kit is suitable for use in the classroom or the home and has a great manual perfect for parents and teachers.
It covers the requirements of the Science National Curriculum with links to Design and Technology and adds many extra exciting experiments for good measure!
Due to the ease of construction, students are quickly rewarded and if the circuit does not work first time, it is easy to rebuild it.

United KingdomExcellent quality manual/ Key Stage 1 & 2 learning material. My 8 year old grandson loved it and spent 2 afternoons of the weekend while staying with us working through it and experimenting. All components used so far work.
United KingdomOrdered a Primary Plus 2 Electronics Kit a couple of weeks ago. Had it 2 days, little motor stopped working. Called last week spoke to a James who said he'd post a new part to me & didn't even ask for me to return the bad one. I was so impressed! A week has passed & no sign of the new part. Called today and was told by a Marcus that nothing was recorded on system and I was also misinformed about new part as the process is I need to return the whole kit and they will then send me a replacement. Very angry as kit cost £35 and if i return it its going to cost me more. Why should i incur this charge and be inconvenienced when your product is of low quality? Tell me how would you feel if you were me?
My granddaughter will be learing about "circuits" soon at primary school, so bought this as a present for her as an "extra", thinking she wouldn't really think it was fun, but could help her education. She loves it and is facinated by what she can do with the components. Doesn't yet really understand the functionality of all the components, but once she has built a circuit then wants to know how it works. Great kit.
Bought for my (soon to be 10yrs) granddaughter as a Christmas present so wasn’t able to review it until she had experienced it. She greatly enjoys working with it. A good purchase.
