Cambridge Brainbox Primary Plus 2 Kit

This is a very comprehensive set for basic electronics at a good price. Brightminds is an efficient site to deal with. I would them again.

Excellent quality manual/ Key Stage 1 & 2 learning material. My 8 year old grandson loved it and spent 2 afternoons of the weekend while staying with us working through it and experimenting. All components used so far work.

Ordered a Primary Plus 2 Electronics Kit a couple of weeks ago. Had it 2 days, little motor stopped working. Called last week spoke to a James who said he'd post a new part to me & didn't even ask for me to return the bad one. I was so impressed! A week has passed & no sign of the new part. Called today and was told by a Marcus that nothing was recorded on system and I was also misinformed about new part as the process is I need to return the whole kit and they will then send me a replacement. Very angry as kit cost £35 and if i return it its going to cost me more. Why should i incur this charge and be inconvenienced when your product is of low quality? Tell me how would you feel if you were me?

My granddaughter will be learing about "circuits" soon at primary school, so bought this as a present for her as an "extra", thinking she wouldn't really think it was fun, but could help her education. She loves it and is facinated by what she can do with the components. Doesn't yet really understand the functionality of all the components, but once she has built a circuit then wants to know how it works. Great kit.

Bought for my (soon to be 10yrs) granddaughter as a Christmas present so wasn’t able to review it until she had experienced it. She greatly enjoys working with it. A good purchase.
