We want you and your child to be delighted, so we go that extra mile and give you a full 90 days to change your mind.
All we ask is that you return your goods in the original packaging in resalable condition for an exchange or full refund.
Returning Unwanted Goods
If your products are no longer wanted for any reason, you have 90 days to return them to:
You are responsible for paying the return postage, and we recommend you use recorded delivery with insurance rather than ‘proof of posting’ which is not a proof of receipt. Refunds are normally processed within 10 days of receipt, please allow longer over the busy Christmas period.
Returning Personalised Goods
Really sorry but personalised goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Returning Faulty Goods
Very occasionally goods get damaged in transit or are faulty. If this happens, we will, of course, refund or exchange at no cost to you. Just call us on 0344 8910236 or email email@example.com
If your goods don't live up to your expectation PLEASE let us know and give us the opportunity to put things right. If pieces are missing or not working we can usually sort it out quickly. We'd much rather keep you as a happy customer than read reviews later about a poor experience.
