DELIVERY

Mainland delivery.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order to UK mainland addresses. Please note that offshore UK destinations ie Islands of Scilly, Isle of Man, and Scottish Islands may incur a surcharge which is weight dependent and calculated for you BEFORE checkout.

Overseas delivery.

We can deliver anywhere in the world. Delivery for overseas orders will be charged by weight, the charge is calculated for you during checkout. Please contact us on +44 1761 408 880 or email us if you have further queries.

BFPO orders.

We are pleased to be able to support BFPO delivery and pass on charges made to us under our MOD contract. You MUST select BFPO from the country field otherwise you will be charged at overseas rates.

Delivery times.

If all your items ordered are "In Stock" we will dispatch them within 3-5 days. Should any items be "Out of stock" (this is indicated in the product details) your first delivery will be with you within 7 to 10 days. Items which are out of stock will be sent at no extra charge to you after your first delivery, our most up to date availability dates can be found in product details. A signature is usually required on receipt, so it may be more convenient for you if we deliver to your work or an address of a friend. If you register with us you will be able to track the progress of your order. We will send you an email when your order leaves us. This may contain a carrier reference for you to track your parcel with Parcelforce.

Next Day Express Deliveries.

Goods which are "Available Now" can be despatched on a Next Day delivery service for an additional delivery charge of £5. Your order must be placed by phone or web before 12 noon for delivery to a UK mainland (excluding Highlands) destination. The delivery will be made on the next WORKING day, ie order on Friday and we will deliver on Monday. This service is subject to credit clearance and we require a day time telephone number for our security check. Direct Supply items are excluded from this service.

PRICES AND TAXES

Orders within the EU.

All prices include VAT charged at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union.

Orders outside the EU.

For orders outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the cost of the goods only if the country of destination is correctly selected (Channel Island customers should select Channel Islands from the country field, NOT UK). Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of customers to pay on or after receipt of goods.

RETURNS AND REFUND

We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from BrightMinds. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 90 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt. Personalised goods can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty goods.

If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away and we will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost. Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Your statutory rights.

Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Cancelling despatched goods.

If the goods have already been despatched we ask you to package them up, in resaleable condition and return them to us at your cost. Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if you do not send them back to us. We will refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of us receiving your notification.
