How to use our online shop
Buying from BrightMinds could not be easier. Browse our categories online or use the search box to find any product.
Click "Buy" next to the items you wish to purchase, this adds these items to your "Shopping Basket".
After you have finished your selection, click "Shopping Basket" and then "Checkout". You will be led through a series of steps collecting the information we need to fulfil your order, including secure payment details. If you have any concerns throughout your shopping experience then please don't hesitate to contact us.
Our hours of opening.
We are able to take your orders or answer any queries you may have about our products or service 24 hours a day via the web. We can also be contacted on 0844 41 222 49 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Please note this excludes public holidays.
Stock availability is shown beside each product when you view product details. Items which are in stock show as "In Stock".
How to pay.
We accept payment using popular credit or debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from UK pound sterling to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We do NOT accept Amex or Solo cards.
Other methods of payment.
We accept orders by phone, fax as well as the Internet and, if you wish to pay by cheque, please use the postal service. Credit card purchases by postal mail are, of course, also accepted !. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
