  • What does Pre-Order mean?

    Pre-Order means we have stock allocated to orders we have already and more on the way to us which will be with us before Christmas. Items which are now sold out and no longer available for Christmas delivery can be seen here and are shown as Out of Stock.

    How long will my order take to be delivered?

If any items within your order are out of stock at the time of ordering, we will hold your order for up to 5 working days so that you receive your complete order in one shipment. If an item is out of stock longer, we will part ship your order. Items which are out of stock will be sent at no extra charge to you after your first delivery.

  • We are a school/playgroup/nursery. Do you do special rates?

  • How do I return an item?

It’s easy. Simply package up your goods in the original packaging in pristine condition, and return it to:

  • What if my order hasn’t arrived?

We are experiencing a wonderful response to our new catalogue and are working really hard to make sure our service levels remain high.

Provided your goods are in stock (which we’ll tell you at the time you order) they should be with you within 5 to 7 working days. You can track your order using the My Account link.

If your goods are showing as having been delivered, or if you haven’t received them after 7 working days, do please get in touch on 01904 202240 or email Most of our parcels are tracked so we can find out what’s happened and make sure you get your goods.

  • Do you do Gift Vouchers?

If you simply can't decide from our fabulous products why not give a gift voucher and let your recipient choose for themselves. We do a variety of gift voucher values.

  • Can you deliver tomorrow?

Yes! If you order before 12 mid-day we can deliver the next working day (UK Mainland only) for a small additional charge. For more information, see our Delivery Information.

  • What are your delivery charges?

Standard delivery (3-5 days) costs between £2.95 - £4.95, depending on weight  to any UK mainland address.

Next Day and 48 Hour Delivery are also available for a small extra charge.

Overseas and UK Islands delivery is charged by weight and calculated at the checkout.

  • What if I’m not in to sign for my order?

Some of our orders need a signature, so it may be best to have it delivered to your workplace or a neighbour. If you are out, the courier company will leave a card letting you know how to arrange a re-delivery.

  • What is the promotional code mentioned on the checkout?

Sometimes we run special promotions, for example, if you sign up for our newsletter  or on our catalogue. Take advantage of our offers by typing your code into this box.

  • How do I know if I’ve successfully placed an order?

Our checkout is really simple, and there are three ways you can be sure your order has gone through.
