City of Zombies is a co-operative, dice-based intense team survival game. Players must work together, discuss and share ideas in their fight for survival in this fun and frantic family game. They combine dice to target and remove Zombies from an ever-advancing horde before their barricade is overrun.

The game is suitable for all ages and abilities, and can be played in as little as 20 minutes (in the shorter version). The game involves manipulating the numbers rolled on the dice using different combinations of mathematical functions (from basic addition and subtraction through to squaring and cube rooting) to hit the exact numbers on the encroaching Zombie cards.

See above comment about success of game
This game initially seems very complicated but it is quite straightforward once you have a go. It's different every time and suitable for a wide range of ages. Each game is interesting and really encourages teamwork. There's a normal and a faster version though neither option is quick. It definitely helps with mental maths (for all ages). A big hit!
Quite challenging and exciting.
Brilliant game enjoyed by all from 8 to 42 and many in between.well customisable as you get better.
City of Zombies is quite different to most games since it's based on co-operation, which is great when you're trying to get an 8 year old to practice his maths!Bit tricky to figure out the rules, at first, because it's not your traditional roll-the-dice-and-go game.Lots of ways to make the game harder as maths skills improve so I can see us enjoying this game for quite some time. Great game - arrived promptly, well packaged etc.
Very good fun! Lots of maths and a well-designed game. Doesn't feel 'virtuous' to play.
Great game- both my kids now enjoy maths!
Great game, enjoyed by my grandsons aged 6 and 9 and his parents.
My 6 and 8 year olds really enjoyed playing this with their dad. It's good for maths without a doubt
6 year old is interested, it's quite hard to understand the rules and get started playing though.
Excellent game. All the family love it.Daughter is doing maths in advance of her school year and my husband is also playing it with his friends! Love that it fosters teamwork rather than competition.
Went down a treat in my challenge maths group
I tried to play with my 6 year old Grandson, but we found the rules very complicated to understand, so gave up.
As they are presents , I cannot tell you more just yet.
Haven't tried it yet,for my grandson.
Exactly as described My five year old grandson loved it More importantly, he will not grow out of it for a good few years
Seriously complicated rules, but after a first game I'm hooked! Brilliant for mental arithmetic and lots and lots of scope for making it more complex as we get more confident. Also love that it's either the zombies who win or the team playing it!
Bought for a 6 and 9 year old to practise their maths skills. - addition, subtraction and multiplication.Really good idea and they prefer this to the online maths games that their schools have bought into.
a brilliant idea for kids but also fun for adults too :)
